The U50 is designed from the ground up as a family accessory platform. Every U50 ships with a rear carrier; footrests for little passengers are an optional add-on. Add the optional front basket for groceries, rear cushion pads for child comfort, child safety rails for extra security, and the passenger spoke guard to keep little feet clear of the rear wheel. Whether you are doing the school run or heading to the park, the U50 adapts to your family's needs. The U50 delivers up to 100 km of range on a single charge, with around 70 km in typical everyday riding. Add the optional second battery and extend your range to up to 200 km. Since most daily trips are under 20 km, many riders can go nearly a full week before needing to recharge. The U50 is built to carry the whole family. With a robust 180 kg (400 lbs) payload capacity and a wide, stable platform, it handles children, groceries, and everyday cargo without breaking a sweat. The low center of gravity and wide fat tires keep everything stable under load. The mullet wheel configuration combines a larger front wheel with a smaller rear wheel to deliver the best of both worlds.
