Warranty Policy Vehicle ONLY

All sales are final, we only accept RETURNS when the vehicle is damaged during the shipping. 

Please inspect your new vehicle immediately upon receipt. If the vehicle is damaged during the shipping, Please take pictures of damage and ask driver to send it back to us.  Sending the picture as proof and contact our Customer Service Department within 48hours.

14 days open box warranty is what we only offer for a brand new vehicle with problems or any visible damage when it first ride. We would only get you the part to repair, labour is not cover. If you are not comfort for fixing it yourself, we would strong suggest you to buy from a local dealer or local small engine shop to repair for you at your own expense. 

Unless specified otherwise or an extended warranty policy is expressly purchased for the product in question.

We have technicians on staff to assist with any issues that you may have with your product. BEFORE YOU CALL US, please visit our youtube channel FAQ section to see whether Please remember that because we are not physically on location with you, you will need to be our eyes and hands to walk through any warranty or technical issues. If you need to take your unit to a local mechanic for repair or warranty work, we will work with them for any warranty repairs as long as the manufacturer and your mechanic agree.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS ON VEHICLES ONLY:

Must be made within 24 hours after your order is placed. Please call us at 416-748-6686 or e-mail a customer service representative in order to cancel your order. Your order can be canceled and you will obtain a full refund if your order has not yet been shipped or within 48 hours. After 48 hours there is a $100 cancellation fee. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled without return charges that we incur. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be charged for all shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified by an email confirmation once refund has been issued.

There are absolutely no returns or refunds for any fueled items (if you put gas in the vehicle) or used items regardless of damage or performance! Any unauthorized vehicles returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

Taomotor.ca works hard to ship your vehicle order correctly. If there is any discrepancy in your order, you must notify our customer service department at (416)-748-6686 within 48 hours from the receipt of the vehicle. Any items that are returned damaged or used (factory defects not included) will not be accepted, and freight charges will be charged to the customer. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for closeout items.

I, as buyer, understand that these activities can result in serious injury to the person and damages to property and voluntarily assume any and all risk associated with loss, damage or injury while riding the vehicles advertised on our website. I, as buyer, am aware of the risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability inherent with the specific use of these vehicles as well as the inherent risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury and disability increase with inexperienced riders. I, as buyer, agree to release and forever discharge Taomotor.ca or its parent company and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacture from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, cost or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to your participation or use of these vehicles, use of equipment or property supplied by Taomotor.ca or its parent company or your presence upon the premises , whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, manufacture or distributor. By this Agreement, it is my intention as buyer, to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal rights to seek damages from Taomotor.ca or its parent company and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This Agreement shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns. I, as buyer, hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I, as buyer, have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and agree to all the above Terms and Conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this Agreement and the affect of the same. I, as buyer, am aware that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I assume all risk, and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. I, as buyer, therefore release all liability and waive all rights I may have in regards to my child's, or myself, activities with any items purchased from Taomotor.ca

You (by purchasing from Taomotor.ca) agree that MOTOR VEHICLE (ALL TERRAIN) ACT CHAPTER 31 (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive venue of the federal and state courts in CANADA at Taomotor.ca sole option, and that you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts. The failure of Taomotor.ca to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The failure of Taomotor.ca or You to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. This Agreement, accepted by You, upon Your purchasing from Taomotor.ca, contains the entire agreement between you and Taomotor.ca. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
